For us at MFC Modular offsite volumetric modular construction is the way forward. Allowing for much more reliable timelines than traditional construction with less labour, without sacrificing any of the quality. In fact it can even improve on the quality.
By building off site and transporting a project to it’s final location we greatly reduce the amount of time spent on site. While at first you might think this limits the size of the building this is untrue. We simply produce multiple modules which are then connected on site to create the completed project. This is done with far less room for mistakes and delays as traditional building methods. We only take a few months to complete even large builds.
